I took this saddle out on trial for 5 days from Tonys. The saddle was comfortable from the second I sat in it. Tonys ordered the saddle for me on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived by Friday!! It was by far the best and fastest customer service I've ever received. Thank you to Tony's for the help and thank you Bates for a high quality product :)
